COVID 19 Response

As Three Crowns Golf Club prepares to open for the season ahead, we want to communicate to all patrons our plans to provide a safe and organized experience during these particularly challenging times.  Ultimately, our goal is to provide a SAFE and ENJOYABLE experience for all patrons of Three Crowns Golf Club
  • Patrons may check-in by one of the two following methods 
    • Check-in via Phone-in transactions on the day of play or practice – 307.472.7696
    • Check-in by entering the pro shop prior to play or practice.
      • The Pro Shop will be limited to two customers only at one time.  Patrons are expected to follow all directions provided by our team members to insure a proactively safe environment. 
      • Entrance/exit doors will be wiped down with cleaner/sanitizer after each patron.
      • Credit card terminal and counter areas will also be wiped down after each patron/transaction.
  • Transactions will be tendered by credit card only – no cash transactions.
  • Men’s and Ladies’ restrooms in the main clubhouse will be open to patrons with provisions that allow for one user at a time. 


Golf Course & Driving Range Opens for Play & Practice
 
  • DRIVING RANGE:
    • Driving Range – Hours of Operation
      • 7 Days per week
      • 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (weather/frost permitting)
    • Procedures provided for the safety of you and our staff:
      • A maximum of 10 hitting bays will be presented approximately 15 feet apart to accommodate safe social distancing.
      • Range balls will be machine washed with soap, water and disinfectant following each use.
      • Stacked range balls will be provided at each station and will be refilled by our staff.
 
  • GOLF COURSE:
    • Golf Course – Hours of Operation
      • 7 Days per week
      • 9:00 am to Dusk (weather/frost permitting)
      • Tee time reservations are highly recommended (307.472.7696)
    • Procedures provided for the safety of you and our staff:
      • No more than 4 players per group.
      • Golf carts will be provided for individual players only – ONE CART PER PLAYER.
        • Golf Carts will be cleaned and receive disinfectant wipe downs between uses while taking the necessary precautions for our team members in the following areas:
          • Steering Wheel
          • GPS Screen
          • Cup Holders
          • Seats
          • Coolers will be cleaned but will not be filled with ice or water.
          • Sand Bottles will be cleaned but will not be filled.
          • Scorecards & Tees will be presented in plastic bags and will be discarded after each round whether used or not.
      • Bunker rakes, ball washers and trash receptacles have been removed from the course.
        • While bunker rakes have been removed, please smooth sand with your feet.
      • Players MUST leave flagsticks in the holes
        • For easy retrieval of your ball from the hole, cups have been filled with foam inserts that allow a ball to go less than 1” below the surface.  This strategy will allow players to retrieve their ball from the hole without touching the hole or the flagstick.
      • On-course restrooms will be closed and not available for use.
 
  • RESTAURANT FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE:
    • The Grille – Hours of Operation
      • 7 Days per week
      • 11:00 am to 2:00 pm
      • Phone-in orders and curbside service only.
      • Transactions will be tendered by credit card only – no cash transactions.


We will continue to follow all state and local mandates as they are announced with an extreme emphasis for everyone’s health and safety.  As a result, any one or all of the guidelines provided may change on short notice but will be communicated immediately to our customer base via email, signage and social media announcements.
